Sherree’s life and work has spanned areas as diverse as business - in printing sales and management, hotel promotion, overseas weddings manager in the holiday industry, riding centre manager, work jockey and recently, in education – as a school governor.

Sherree develops and tailors each session, or workshop to her clients needs to achieve the best results, helping you change the way you think and feel, working with you to overcome life’s challenges.

Sherree was initially trained at the European College of Holistic Medicine in London, by Phil Parker, an internationally recognised trainer of hypnotherapy, NLP, Life coaching and the designer of The Lightning Process, but is continuing to develop her education and interest in the area of Mind, Body interventions and Psycho Neuro Immunology with various experts in their field.
