Ride with confidence - unmounted workshop

This workshop will be tailored to the needs and skills of the participants.
It is designed to be highly interactive and enjoyable, because people learn best by doing rather than just by listening.
There is a maximum of 8 delegates on any one workshop.
Objectives
This workshop is designed to give you a greater understanding of yourself, and help you -
- Overcome your fears, regain confidence and put the joy back in your riding
- Discover how unconcious beliefs can influence your success and limitations
- Find out what you really want from your riding
- Learn how to self coach to increase motivation and set appropriate goals
- Overcome performance anxiety
- Increase your competition or exam success
Participants
Aimed at riders who have already obtained a reasonable level of horse riding competence, but might have lost confidence in their riding , and also those who wish to move forward in their horsemanship with ease and confidence.

Benefits
By the end of this workshop participants will be able to resolve their fear issues, and
increase their confidence and enjoyment in their riding. They will be able to understand how to access appropriate states of mind to deal with competition and exam situations. Participants will feel motivated to set achievable goals, more appropriate and congruent to their beliefs.
